Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team members in the areas of product knowledge, customer service and communication skills
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries, complaints and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist the team in resolving complex queries and disputes to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution
  • Continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction and development of improvement measures
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer service processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Create reports and analytics to monitor and report on customer service team performance

Requirements:

  • Completed training or studies in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or furniture company
  • Experience managing a team of customer service representatives
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy when dealing with customers
  • In-depth knowledge of home office furniture or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with the topic
  • Organizational skills to set priorities and coordinate the team effectively
  • Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to act calmly and professionally under pressure
  • Familiarity with common customer service tools and software

As Head of Purchasing, you are responsible for constantly expanding our range of home office furniture and ensuring that we source the best products from reliable suppliers at competitive prices.

Location: Home office (remote work)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Strategic Purchasing: Developing and implementing a home office furniture purchasing strategy that meets both our customers' needs and business goals.
  • Supplier management: Identifying, evaluating and selecting suitable suppliers and manufacturers who offer high-quality and aesthetically pleasing home office furniture.
  • Negotiations: Conducting negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible conditions, prices and delivery conditions.
  • Inventory management: Monitoring and optimizing inventory to ensure adequate availability of products without having excess inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all furniture delivered meets our quality standards and meets our customers' expectations.
  • Market analysis: Continuous market observation to identify trends and developments in the home office furniture sector and to derive appropriate measures.
